"Just to let you all know that Dina called me today, despite her being "closed for business". What a wonderful person she is, just as you said she would be Olympia! You are both such good and caring people!

Dina took alot of weight off my mind today, and I am able to move forward, filing the necessary papers with the government which I am doing today. And then she will do a Will search once those are received which I believe will allow for the transfer of the house once financials are in place.

Re banking etc she advised me on that as well, so the pressure of not knowing what to do and/or if I had a specific deadline has been lifted. Hallelujah as my darling mother would have said. I can now breath again!

I am a young first-time homebuyer in a different province (Ontario) and had only a week to obtain a mortgage. Cristian was able to successfully obtain a mortgage for me in these challenging circumstances. He communicated promptly and effectively with all parties involved (myself, my real estate agent, and the bank) so everyone was on the same page throughout the process. He would provide regular updates without waiting for me to ask, sparing me a lot of stress. He also explained the mortgage details very clearly and always made himself available to answer any questions I had. Any time the bank required additional documents to verify my mortgage eligibility, Cristian provided them immediately. All in all, it was a very smooth experience for me, I was able to work without taking any time off while Cristian handled the situation seamlessly.

I cannot thank you guy enough for working with my wife and I to find the right condo for us. We had tried a couple of years back with some other agents, But all they did was send us listings. After meeting Peter Adamopoulos. Peter had a different approach.
